The history of our family home is one that spans over seven decades, a testament to the enduring legacy of our ancestors. Purchased many years ago, this cherished property has been passed down through generations, holding within its walls the memories and love of our family. In 2019, we decided to embark on a journey of transformation, renovating our beloved home into a place that would not only honor our grandparents' memory but also celebrate the essence of true Trinbagonian culture.
The renovation was a labor of love, and we proudly unveiled four delightful apartments that now stand on this hallowed ground. Among them, two are spacious two-bedroom apartments, and the other two offer cozy one-bedroom accommodations. Each unit has been thoughtfully designed to provide a fully self-contained and comfortable stay for our guests, ensuring that they feel at home from the moment they step through the door.
As a homage to our grandparents, we decided to name and theme each apartment after them, drawing inspiration from their hometowns and the treasured memories they left behind. These themes have been carefully woven into the fabric of the rooms, encapsulating the spirit of Trinbagonian culture in every corner. The result is an authentic experience, where guests can immerse themselves in the vibrant traditions and unique charm of our heritage.
